Colorado was beautiful, even in the rain. After leaving the heat of Houston temps in the 30s were welcome.
On the way back from California as we drove through New Mexico we passed the Continental Divide a second time. Almost missed it, but took the commemorative shot in front of the flag. Not as dramatic…or as wet as the Colorado crossing.
